The client approached us with the requirement for lights for a Jewelry event which required lights in some customized specifications and a special CCT of 5000K. Since it was urgently required we rolled up our sleeves to produce the lights in just 4 days time. Total of 30 lights. After having supplied those, misfortune stuck when the electrician gave a wrong wiring connection and 2 of the lights got fused just 2 days before the event. Client panicked and called us immediately for help. This time they needed help with dimming control for the lights along with 2 new lights. Our engineers were made to immediately work on it. We produced the balance 2 lights and gave them the controller and wiring instructions to dim the lights. Client was very happy and left us a good rating.
